Dine Like Chow Yun-Fatt?

You’re familiar with “Hidden Dragon Crouching Tiger“, don’t you?

Guess what?

There’s a ‘hidden dragon’ in the town of Ipoh…

You won’t be surprise, in fact, that the actor of “Hidden Dragon Crouching Tiger”, Chow Yun-Fatt has dined before in this ‘hidden dragon’ of Ipoh! (It’s considered hidden to me because I didn’t know this place before!)

And we were there last night… dining like Chow Yun-Fatt! (Except that, we didn’t leave through the back door!)

Flat World organized its 29th dinner in Kim Bali Restaurant, which has the honor of been visited by the Hollywood super star some times ago.

As usual - a lot of dynamic interaction and networking took place before the dinner.

And when the dinner was about to begin… the proprietor, Vivian Loh, asked her partner to demonstrate how to savour the “Taste Of Life“, a special Thai appetizer.

I took the “Taste Of Life” and hmm… the name is very apt! You’ll taste the sweetness, spiciness, sourness, saltiness etc, changing as you chew away in your mouth.

And that’s for the appetizer.

The dishes were very scrumptious and delicious! Secret recipes passed on from generation to generation.

What’s more important was - a lot of business were been discussed, promoted, and even transacted at the dinner. There’re showcase of Dragon Fruit Enzymes, Jeweleries, Car Screen Coating, Health Club promotion, and a video clip of a very inspiring international motivational speaker, who has signed up as a Flat World partner last night.

We were dining like Chow Yun-Fatt, and dealing like… (you name it - any successful business person.) ;)

P.S. - The Ipoh dinner in Kim Bali showed another record: 4 partners from Penang joined… the highest interstate participation in Flat World dinner so far!

Previously, it was 2 partners from Penang joining the Ipoh dinner, and before that, 1 from KL in Penang dinner, and 1 from Penang plus 2 from JB in KL dinner.

So, partners and merchants, let’s get more actively involved in dinners in other state!

I agree that this was the most success yet enjoyable Flat World dinner in Ipoh so far.
The result guest and merchant gained from the dinner was truly fruitful.
The restaurant concept that based on Bali culture is unique for its kind as well.
No wonder Chow Yuen Fatt and his crew was enjoy dining in this place.
